Day 1: Arrival in Leh
  • Upon arrival in Leh, you will be met by your tour representative who will assist you with your transfer to your hotel.
  • Spend the rest of the day acclimatizing to the high altitude of Ladakh.
Day 2: Leh
  • After breakfast, visit the Shanti Stupa, a Buddhist white-domed stupa which offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
  • Later, visit the Leh Palace, a former royal palace built by the King of Ladakh in the 17th century.
  • In the evening, explore the local bazaar in Leh.
Day 3: Leh – Sham Valley
  • Today, drive to Sham Valley, located on the western side of Leh.
  • En route, visit the famous Magnetic Hill, where your vehicle appears to roll uphill on its own, and the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers.
  • Upon arrival in Sham Valley, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 4: Sham Valley – Nubra Valley
  • After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley, located in the northernmost part of Ladakh.
  • En route, visit the Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
  • Upon arrival in Nubra Valley, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 5: Nubra Valley
  • Today, visit the Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in Nubra Valley, which houses a 32-metre-tall statue of Maitreya Buddha.
  • Later, visit the Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can ride a double-humped Bactrian camel.
  • In the evening, return to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 6: Nubra Valley – Leh
  • After breakfast, drive back to Leh.
  • En route, visit the 14th century Samstanling Monastery.
  • Upon arrival in Leh, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 7: Leh – Pangong Tso
  • Today, embark on a full-day excursion to Pangong Tso, a breathtakingly beautiful lake situated at an altitude of 4,350 meters.
  • En route, visit the Chang La Pass, the third highest motorable road in the world.
  • Upon arrival at Pangong Tso, check into your tented accommodation and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 8: Pangong Tso – Leh
  • After breakfast, drive back to Leh.
  • En route, visit the Hemis Monastery, the largest and wealthiest Buddhist monastery in Ladakh.
  • Upon arrival in Leh, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 9: Leh – Kargil
  • After breakfast, drive to Kargil, a historic town located on the Srinagar-Leh highway.
  • En route, visit the Lamayuru Monastery, one of the oldest and largest monasteries in Ladakh.
  • Upon arrival in Kargil, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 10: Kargil – Srinagar
  • After breakfast, drive to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir.
  • En route, visit the Drass War Memorial, which commemorates the Indian soldiers who died during the Kargil War.
Upon arrival in Srinagar, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the
day at leisure.   Day 11: Departure from Srinagar
  • After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Srinagar airport for your onward journey.
